3. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations within 24 hours of service may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pet information and care instructions
• Ensure pets are up-to-date on vaccinations
• Maintain a safe environment for pet care
• Provide necessary supplies for pet care

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, Pet Partners Chicago is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that occurs during normal pet care activities.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and digital payments
• Additional charges may apply for holiday services
• Late payments may result in service suspension

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
